Bright Annealing Furnace

A heyu bright annealing furnace heats metal parts in an oxygen-free protective atmosphere so they come out with a shiny, scale-free surface - no pickling, no shot blasting, no post-grinding. It is built as a continuous or batch sealed chamber fed with inert gas or decomposed ammonia, and workpieces pass through heating, soaking, and controlled cooling without ever seeing air at temperature. This matters for stainless sheet and tube, copper and brass, and cold-rolled strip, where surface finish is part of the sale. The atmosphere also strips hydrogen picked up during drawing, reducing hydrogen embrittlement in the finished wire or tube.

We have run bright annealing lines for stainless wire and tube production, and our atmosphere-sealing design - inlet/outlet curtains, positive-pressure gas - is what keeps the surface bright rather than scaled. We support OEM/ODM and can build a batch box or continuous line to your part geometry, and quality is accepted by customer inspection after installation. Because the whole cycle runs oxygen-free, the parts leave bright and skip pickling and shot blasting - two pollution-heavy steps most shops still carry after annealing. The atmosphere also draws out hydrogen absorbed during drawing, which is why the finished wire is less prone to embrittlement in service.
