Continuous Brazing Furnace

A heyu continuous brazing furnace is an automated inline system that joins aluminum alloy assemblies - radiators, condensers, evaporators, intercoolers, battery cooling plates - by carrying them on a mesh belt or chain through preheating, brazing, and cooling zones under a high-purity nitrogen protective atmosphere. The CAB (controlled atmosphere brazing) process uses non-corrosive flux, so the brazed joints come out dense and bright without post-weld pickling. Workpieces stay held in fixtures for the whole trip through the tunnel, which controls distortion and keeps fin-to-tube dimensional accuracy. Because the line never stops, throughput scales to automotive and HVAC volumes while every joint sees the same peak temperature and hold time.

Our 10,000 m² shop has built continuous brazing lines for partners including Midea and BYD, and we size the brazing peak temperature, belt speed, and nitrogen flow around your specific alloy and fixture design. We build the heating chambers and fiber linings in-house, so non-standard tunnel lengths and widths for your product family are drawn to order, and we can supply a trial braze sample before serial production. Fixtures hold each assembly steady from preheat to cool-down, so fin-to-tube alignment does not drift as the belt runs. Because every joint is held at the same peak temperature and soak time, braze quality stays consistent from the first piece of the shift to the last, with no weak or under-flushed joints slipping through.
