Packaging & Heavy Shipping
Due to the substantial weight and vertical dimensions of these systems, we package the main furnace body, hydraulic lid lifters, and external quenching tanks separately. The main furnace is secured within a heavy-duty steel skid framework and wrapped in thick waterproof protective sheets. Electrical cabinets are enclosed in custom vacuum-sealed, moisture-proof wooden crates containing active desiccants.
