With about 70 employees and experienced furnace builders, we are able to handle both standard furnace projects and non-standard high-temperature equipment.

 

Quality Control

 

 

We follow ISO9001 quality management requirements during production. Key parts such as the furnace body, heating chamber, vacuum system, electrical control cabinet, and safety protection system are checked before delivery. Third-party inspection can be accepted, and 100% inspection before packing can be arranged according to customer requirements. The equipment is finally accepted after installation and commissioning.

 

Payment and Delivery

 

 

For standard products, the production cycle is usually about 45 days. For customized high-temperature furnace projects, the lead time is usually about 60 days. Our monthly capacity is around 4–6 sets of equipment, and repeat orders can often be delivered faster. Standard payment terms are 50% advance payment and 50% balance before shipment and container loading. EXW and FOB terms are supported for large equipment.
