The heyu resistance heated vacuum furnace heats the workload indirectly by electrical resistance: current passes through graphite or molybdenum heating elements, which radiate energy inward to the charge. Unlike induction heating, there is no coil around the workload and no magnetic stirring, so temperature is set by radiative and conductive exchange rather than by part geometry and coupling. This makes the resistance platform especially suitable for mixed baskets of small parts, fixtured assemblies, and delicate components where induction hot spots would be hard to control. The chamber reaches 2400°C with temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, temperature uniformity of ±3 to ±7.5°C, and an ultimate vacuum of 2×10⁻⁴ Pa, and it accepts N2, Ar, and H2 process atmospheres. Advanced insulation reduces heat storage by more than 20% compared with traditional designs.
We select the resistance element material (graphite for 2400°C, molybdenum for carbon-free service) and stack the radiation screens around your workload shape, so the ±1°C closed-loop control actually translates into uniform part temperature. Our R&D team also supports OEM/ODM builds from your thermal cycle drawings, with custom sample development in about 30 days. Because heat arrives by radiation rather than by inductive coupling, the same recipe holds for baskets that mix rings, plates, and fixtured small parts, with no coil tuning or part-geometry recalibration needed between successive batches.

Application Fields
Mixed baskets of small precision parts
Radiative resistance heating heats every part in the basket regardless of geometry, avoiding the hot spots induction coils cause on oddly shaped loads.
Carbon-free vacuum processing
Molybdenum elements and metal radiation screens deliver resistance heating without carbon pickup, required for titanium and reactive alloys that cannot tolerate graphite contact.
High-temperature sintering cycles with tight soak windows
The ±1°C closed-loop control holds long soaks steadily, which is essential for sintering cycles where a few degrees decide density and grain size.
Customization
Element material (graphite or molybdenum), number of heating zones, screen stack, maximum temperature, atmosphere package, and chamber size are all customized to your thermal process. We build from customer drawings and prototypes.
Packaging & Transportation
We support EXW and FOB. The furnace is packed according to international export requirements based on the nature of the actual goods.
