Aging Furnace

An heyu aging furnace holds solution-treated parts at a controlled lower temperature - typically 100–200°C for aluminum, up to around 750°C for tool steel and titanium - so that fine precipitates form out of the supersaturated matrix and lock in strength and hardness. Because aging is a low-temperature, long-soak process, uniformity matters more than peak power: a convection heating system and nickel-chromium strips with multi-layer stainless screens keep the whole load within ±5°C, and a built-in heat exchanger with air-cooling circulation lets the furnace exit the soak cleanly and avoids temper brittleness. The horizontal single-chamber loading keeps racks of aging parts simple to load and unload.

Our heyu aging furnaces inherit the convection and air-cooled circulation design developed for precision vacuum tempering, so even at low setpoints the chamber does not develop hot corners. We support OEM/ODM and can build to your aging recipe and rack drawings, and a one-year warranty with a dedicated after-sales team covers commissioning of the temperature controller. Because aging runs long at low temperature, a single hot corner would wreck a whole rack of parts - and the convection design is built to prevent exactly that. The chamber holds ±5°C across the load from corner to corner, so the precipitates grow evenly on every rack and hardness reads the same part to part.
