Horizontal Vacuum Furnace

The heyu horizontal vacuum furnace is built as a single-chamber, front-loading vacuum unit with a rectangular hot zone pulled in and out on an internal material cart. The horizontal orientation puts the workload on a flat hearth, which suits long bars, plates, dies, and fixtured assemblies that cannot be hung vertically. The chamber uses a specialized furnace structure and optimized heater layout to hold temperature uniformity at ±3 to ±7.5°C, reaches an ultimate vacuum of 2×10⁻⁴ Pa, and keeps the pressure rise rate at ≤0.67 Pa/h. The front door opens horizontally for forklift or car loading, and the cold-wall water-jacketed shell keeps the exterior safe to touch. Compatible with N2, Ar, and H2 process atmospheres, the same horizontal platform can be configured for sintering, degreasing, or bright heat treatment.

We size the horizontal chamber around your longest workpiece and fixture load rather than forcing parts into a standard cube, and the modular chamber design makes heater and felt replacement straightforward for overseas maintenance. Our 10,000 m² shop builds these units at a monthly rate of 4 to 6 equipment, and standard configurations ship in about 45 days. The front-opening cart also cuts loading and unloading to a single forklift pass rather than a chamber-side crane choreography, and the modular hot zone lets your maintenance crew swap elements and felt without dismantling the whole shell.
